Account Manager (M/F) – Permanent Contract

PROCALY is a human-sized industrial company based in Vourles (69390) and part of the international CMR Group. Renowned for its specific wiring techniques and unique know-how, PROCALY is a key player in the field of electrical wiring.

For over 30 years, we have been designing, manufacturing and industrializing electrical equipment integrated into the projects of our prestigious customers in the rail transport, defense, marine, drilling and energy sectors.

We are looking for our future account manager to join our team at our Vourles site.

General mission(s) and purpose :
To carry out the technical study of projects in order to meet customers' needs and constraints.

Main activities:
1. Technical studies and design:
- Draw up a cost estimate and a technical quotation with validation by the Design Office Manager.
- Draw up theoretical models/calculation notes with the approval of the level 3 design manager.
- Analyze customer requirements and technical documentation.
- Develop technical solutions for LV & MV electrical networks (switchboards, etc.).

2. Risk analysis and management:
- Identify risks and how to overcome them.
- Identify tasks and tests, and check that the costing is in line with the work to be carried out on the project.
- Analyze test results (FAT and SAT) and determine necessary adjustments.

3. Project follow-up and supplier/customer relations:
- Monitor projects and suppliers.
- Organize meetings with suppliers or customers.

4. Documentation and technical support:
- Write functional and organic analyses, procedures and user manuals, with the approval of the Level 3 Design Manager.

Skills and knowledge:
- Experience in B2B in the industrial sector
- Ideally a professional level of English
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of an ERP system
