NEW DIRECTOR AT CMR USA

LASSAAD KETATA HAS BEEN APPOINTED AS THE NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CMR USA SUBSIDIARY OF CMR GROUP
Lassaad takes up the role after being managing director of CMR Tunisia and will now oversee growth across North America operations. There, the company is investing to meet the continued requirement for sophisticated instrumentation technologies in the energy, industrial and marine sectors.

Investment is also being made in equipping the workforce with the skills required to meet the demands of emerging engine technologies and reciprocating machinery.

Lassaad Ketata’s responsibilities will also cover managing corporate design services, global engineering processes and strategic purchasing, while driving new business and growth for CMR USA through locally delivered capabilities.

With more than 20 years’ experience in industrial engineering, he is a member of the senior management team, steering improvements in the global supply chain organisation as well as improving purchasing and logistical operations.

He says: “I’m delighted to be part of a dedicated and skilled US team, that’s creating value for the group. We have capable sales, project management, engineering and design expertise that can, and does, deliver the highest standards of quality, professionalism and service.

“We can really drive integration of CMR USA in the Group now and work to grow and expand the business through local skilled start-up capability.”
