Position and missions
We are looking for a General Services Manager on a permanent contract based in Marseille Château Gombert to manage infrastructure maintenance and upkeep projects or services in order to ensure the safety and comfort of staff.
Main activities :
You contribute to the management of development projects and the coordination of service providers,
• You coordinate service providers, and guarantee compliance with schedules and the quality of construction sites,
• You optimize and monitor costs,
• You produce regular reports,
• You monitor technical complaints (air conditioning, leaks, etc.).
Ideally, we are looking for a future colleague with:
• A first experience in General Services
• English notions
• Responsive, autonomous, rigorous, organized and able to work in a team with various interlocutors
• A strong sense of service
Contract information:
• Permanent contract.
• Remuneration according to profile and experience.
• Working hours:35 h/week teleworking possible 1 to 2 days per week after the trial period.
• Place of work: Marseille.
