General mission(s) and purpose :
As a Methods Officer, you will be responsible for drawing up costings, design files and documentation packages to ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with the warranty.
Job description
- Produce industrial files for manufacturing products based on customer technical input data.
- Produce product assembly drawings.
- Drawing up, writing and updating method files (operating procedures, manufacturing ranges, instruction sheets, etc.).
- Optimization of manufacturing methods: cost reduction, reduction of causes of non-conformity, etc.
- Management and follow-up of actions following technical changes and customer modifications
- Technical support for manufacturing operators
- Prepare production processes, define tools and their maintenance, and define associated work procedures.
- Update, maintain, standardize and make available the state of practices, techniques and processes.
You will be required to work closely with technical, production, quality and logistics teams to ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines and commercial conditions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer-aided design and drafting software, as well as wiring rules and specifications.
- Knowledge of electronics, mechanics and home automation.
- Fluency in English appreciated.
