Position and missions
As part of a strengthening of the activity, we are looking for a Production and Warehouse Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract based in Marseille Château Gombert to ensure the smooth running of equipment production from the arrival of the raw material to shipping in order to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and productivity.
The position is to be filled in Marseille, as soon as possible.


Main activities :
• You are responsible for a production unit of sensors and electronic products comprising 7 people
• You supervise the management of the store, planning, production and packaging
• You are the guarantor of compliance with delivery deadlines, production quality and productivity
• You are responsible for safety in the workshop and ensure compliance with HSE rules
• You monitor and share performance indicators (productivity, DSA, stocks, etc.)
• You identify problems on the production line and carry out corrective actions
• You manage the maintenance and tool acquisition plan
• You initiate and carry out improvement projects to improve productivity

Skills and knowledge:
• Production team management
• Production planning
• Ability to communicate at different levels of the company
• Knowledge of mechanical and electronic manufacturing processes: brazing, welding, etc.
• Knowledge of industrial sensor manufacturing would be a plus

Contract information:
• Permanent contract.
• Remuneration according to profile and experience.
• Working Package days 216/year, teleworking possible 1 to 2 days per week after the trial period.
• Place of work: Marseille.
