Position and missions
As part of a strengthening of the activity, we are looking for a Quality Manager (M/F) on a permanent basis based in Marseille Château Gombert to contribute to the supply and compliance of quality documentation for projects and products manufactured, mainly for the nuclear field, in order to guarantee product quality and compliance with customer requirements.
The position is to be filled in Marseille, as soon as possible.
Main activities :
Provide the quality documentation required for orders
• Ensure the improvement of our processes by carrying out internal audits and technical controls.
• Manage and monitor the QHSE improvement action plan
• Carry out QHSE communication/awareness actions among staff.
• Monitor compliance with our requirements among our suppliers by carrying out inspections as part of current orders or system audits.
• Lead quality problem resolution projects on our products/processes.
• Assist the Nuclear product and project quality manager level 2 with quality documentation relating to complex projects.
• Ensure the management of customer complaints under the supervision of the QHSE manager
• Produce a report on its activities to the QHSE manager.
Skills and knowledge:
• Knowledge of QHSE standards, regulations including those in the nuclear field.
• Mastery of risk assessment tools (FMEA, SWOT) and problem resolution.
• Knowledge of audit techniques.
• English.
Ideally, we are looking for a future colleague with:
Relational ease, first internally, to raise staff awareness of QHSE requirements, discuss with the various departments on the processing of complaints, the management of non-conformities and the improvement of internal processes. Also externally, in order to communicate effectively with customers in the context of complaints.
Contract information:
• Permanent contract.
• Remuneration according to profile and experience.
• Working hours: 35 hours / week, teleworking possible 1 day per week after the trial period
• Workplace: Marseille
