Position and missions
We are looking for a Site redevelopment manager in Fixed-Term Contract full time 35 hours of 1 month minimum based in Marseille Château Gombert to Participate in all the services necessary for the proper functioning of the company and monitor redevelopment work, compliance with deadlines, relationships with the service providers concerned.
Main activities :
• You prepare the interventions of the various service providers on site
• You control the services provided
• You ensure the layout of offices or workspaces
• You coordinate external service providers to ensure the proper functioning of technical equipment
• You guarantee the application and compliance with the standards and procedures in force
• You follow the installation, development and redevelopment and maintenance work of the premises
• You manage the company's vehicle fleet.
Ideally, we are looking for a future colleague with:
• Knowledge of technical maintenance and new works
• Know how to negotiate deadlines and manage unforeseen events
• Master activity planning and budget monitoring
• Responsive, rigorous, organized and able to work in a team with various interlocutors
• A strong sense of service
Contract information:
• Fixed-term contract _ Minimum duration 1 month
• Remuneration according to profile and experience.
• Working hours:35 h/week
• Place of work: Marseille.
