System and Network Technician (M/F)

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary a:

System and Network Technician (M/F)

Position and responsibilities:

Reporting to the Local IT Manager of CMRT, you will primarily be responsible for the support and maintenance of local hardware and software infrastructures. You will be a key contact for CMRT’s internal clients and assist both the Local IT Manager and international teams.

Main activities:

You will work with CMRT and Group employees on the following tasks:

- User support
- Computer workstation installation
- Managing hardware and software inventory
- Measuring and optimizing performance and reporting obsolescence
- Assigning system access rights
- Analyzing and addressing incidents and requests, escalating when necessary
- Performing diagnostics to identify malfunctions and proposing corrections and solutions
- Creating and updating necessary technical documentation
- Providing necessary reporting for your activities

Skills and knowledge:

- Proficiency in French and technical English
- Ticketing solutions
- Microsoft environments (Azure AD, AD DNS, Windows Server, Windows 10/11)
- Networks (Switch), WiFi, storage, and workstation installations...

Desired profile:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a specialization in systems and networks
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Availability and flexibility
