General mission(s) and purpose
Ensure the proper production of equipment, from production order to shipment, in order to meet deadlines, quality and productivity. Carry out assembly/wiring operations yourself.

Activity descriptions
For the workshop activity management/monitoring section:
• Manage the manufacturing environment
- Set up workshops and workstations, identifying the tasks associated with each position to ensure optimal and safe working conditions.
- Define and, if necessary, adjust flow, storage, circulation and handling systems to facilitate production.
• Prepare & supervise production
- Plan production (quantity, lead time, quality, cost), Resources, Tools, Surface area
- Monitor productivity
• Communicate with teams
- Pass on information and ensure it is understood (instructions, work rules, communication, etc.)
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical problems encountered during assembly.

For the assembly/wiring section
• Wiring :
- Wiring of electrical circuits, connections between components and connection of equipment.
• Compliance with standards and procedures:
- Check that wiring complies with technical specifications and applicable quality standards.
• Traceability and reporting:
- Follow-up of wiring traceability procedures.
• Upkeep and preventive maintenance:
- Maintain work equipment and take part in preventive maintenance actions on wired equipment.

About you
- You are familiar with all stages of electrical and electronic manufacturing processes.
- You have previous management experience.
