Tooling and Mini-Applicator Technician

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary a: Tooling and Mini-Applicator Technician.

The holder of this position will be responsible for managing the crimping laboratory, as well as implementing tools and processes related to tooling and mini-applicators. He/she will play a key role in optimizing productivity and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage the personnel under their responsibility and update skills matrices.
Negotiate and agree on operational objectives for the management and control process of the crimping laboratory.
Participate in management meetings and report on results.
Establish and implement a preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with the technical specifications of the equipment.
Respond to intervention requests from all production sector managers by providing the appropriate solution.
Participate in selecting investments for crimping tools to increase productivity.
Receive new mini-applicator crimping tools.
Validate new mini-applicator crimping tools before putting them into production.
Ensure the use and maintenance of the crimping laboratory.
Analyze and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Analyze the results obtained.
Apply and enforce technical and regulatory prescriptions.

Profile required:

Degree: License / Senior Technician / BTS
5 years of experience in a similar position.
In-depth knowledge of crimping tools and mini-applicators.
Team management skills.
Ability to analyze results and propose improvement solutions.
