General mission(s) and purpose :
As a Workshop Manager (F/H), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of equipment production, from the establishment of the manufacturing order through to dispatch, in order to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, safety and productivity, as well as monitoring maintenance-related activities.
Description of activities
- Supervise manufacturing according to safety rules and production requirements (quantity, lead time, quality, cost).
- Ensure the adequacy and allocation of human and material resources to meet the order book in accordance with standards and customer requirements.
- Update schedules, organize and distribute staff activities (6 fitters and 2 test technicians).
- Manage teams and ensure the smooth running of the workshop and team productivity.
- Manage production costs (raw materials, labor, consumables) and propose actions to optimize costs.
- Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting operations on customer sites.
- Lead production and continuous improvement meetings.
- Ensure smooth communication between the various departments (quality, maintenance, supply chain) to guarantee proper execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Mastery of all stages of electrical and electronic manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic components and materials.
- Ability to analyze technical drawings and supervise quality control tests.
- ERP skills.
- Previous managerial experience.
