Job description :

As a Industrial Performance Leader you define industrial optimization projects, from performance diagnosis, through analysis and search for suitable solutions, to project management, in order to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.

Main tasks :

• Conduct technological watch and/or carry out market and/or competition studies (benchmarks).
• Demonstrate the technical and economic feasibility of the proposed solutions as well as the return on investment.
• Analyze industrial processes, methods, range times, production hours and production costs.
• Identify areas for improvements and possible solutions, by integrating the use of new technologies and tools (overmolding, etc.) or the transfer of production to other sites based on technological know-how.
• Implement the solutions chosen with a cross-functional team, including the engineering team of the different production sites (Tunis, Hergla, Suzhou, Pune and Nogales) of which you are the functional manager.
• Prepare the project: choice of resources, tasks allocation, planning, communication plan, monitoring and performance indicators.
• Manage the project, support the teams and manage hazards.
• Carry out project reviews, share good practices and feedback within the Group.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the actions carried out and the maintenance of results over time.
• Lead the Group's cost reduction committee

Main precious skills and know-how :

Expertise in production methods, in the field of automotive/aeronautical wiring
Strong leadership and credibility – Minimum 10 years of experience
Project management, team management and change support
Budget construction and cost/profitability analysis
Creativity development tools to bring out innovative ideas and technology monitoring tools

Standards & Requirements (certification or clearance) :
• Regular travel
• Fluent English
• 10 - 15 years of experience
