General mission(s) and purpose:
As an ADV Administrator (M/F), you will be responsible for coordinating sales operations with customers, ensuring logistical, administrative and financial follow-up to meet customer expectations in terms of deadlines.

Job description
- Record customer orders.
- Collect firm and forecast customer requirement schedules.
- Compile production capacity and material availability.
- Update production order planning versus customer requirements.
- Schedule and monitor deliveries.
- Draw up customer invoices.
- Produce reports on lead times and delays.
- Handle and monitor disputes, liaise with customers and carriers.
- Monitor and adjust invoicing forecasts.
You will be required to work with all the company's departments, including production, sales managers and other players in the supply chain.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of sales, planning and logistics procedures.
- Fluency in English appreciated.
- Knowledge of office tools (Excel, ERP).
